This bid schedule is to be considered a alternative bid. This schedule reflects the original storm sewer system. This alternate bid is based upon the State Aid approval. The City reserves the right to select the storm sewer trunk system as bid on the revised schedule 4.0 or to select the original State Aid approved storm sewer on revised Alternate 3.0. The City will negotiate with the office of State Aid to determine State Aid participation based upon the percentage (%) of flow in the storm sewer system. The Contractor shall be required to submit his bid on the revised bid schedule that is attached to this Addendum No.1.
