Specific property descriptions included in the above described area, but not inclusive, are as follows: Lot 1, Block 2, Windstar Addition W oodridge Estates 3rd Addition PIKE LAKE TJ<AIL The area proposed to be assessed is every lot, piece, and parcel benefiting from said improvement, whether abutting or not, within the following described areas: Part of the North half of Northeast 1/4 of Section 26, Township 115 north, Range 22 west, Scott County, Minnesota.
