HomeMy WebLinkAbout04-61 WHEREAS: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: 16200 Eagle Creek Avenue S.~.ESOLUTION 04.61 Prior Lake, MN 55372-1714 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE WILDS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT MOTION BY: ZIESKA SECOND BY: BLOMBERG Shamrock Development has submitted an application to amend the approved development plan for the Wilds Planned Unit Development Plan by replacing the rental cabins located on Outlot 0, The Wilds, on the approved PUD plan with 22 detached single family dwelling units; and The Prior Lake Planning Commission considered the proposed amendment at a public hearing on March 8,2004; and The Prior Lake City Council considered the proposed amendment to the approved development plan for The Wilds PUD on April 5, 2004; and The City Council finds the amendment to The Wilds PUD consistent with certain elements of the Comprehensive Plan and the Zoning Ordinance; and The City Council finds the amendment is in harmony with both existing and proposed development in the area; and The City Council finds the amendment does not significantly affect the approved overall density of the PUD; and The City Council finds the amendment is compatible with the stated purposes and intent of the Section 1106 Planned Unit Developments of the Zoning Ordinance; and The City Council finds the proposed amendment adequately provides for internal organization, uses, circulation, public facilities, recreation areas and open space. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA, 1. It hereby approves the amendment to The Wilds Planned Unit Development. 2. The above recitals are incorporated herein as if fully set forth.
