The fire marshal is ok with the separate Ansul stations with the fact that the Ansul shall be properly labeled and the hoods are already far enough apart the a fire cannot easily jump from one hood to the other. 2. Per note on drawing E1.1 Note 6 states "PROVIDE PERMANENT LAMENATED LABEL IDENTIFYING EQUIPMENT COVERED." The contractor will provide these labels to match the identified equipment for example Fry Station, Fillet Station or Grill Station. These labels shall be readable from a distance and shall be 3/8 to 1/2" or larger 3. These identifications are the names that the employees know the equipment and make it easy for them to know the correct Ansul station quickly.
