the last line above.
Disorderly Conduct/Disturbing the Peace: I don't believe we should be alarmed by the 31% increase in these types
of calls, because after all, when working with a relatively small number, this is only 15 more of such calls from last
year, which is about one and one-half per month. An example of two such calls is as follows:
At 4:09 pm squads were called 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd in regards to a female who was creating a disturbance. She
was with security personnel in a coat room. The female had been waiting outside in the hotel entrance for over an
hour and got angry with security and threw items from her vehicle onto the pavement. She was talking to people
that were not there, but was not a danger to herself. She could not drive vehicle away because her license was
revoked. She stated she would leave the property and contact a family member to pick up her vehicle.
At 5:08 pm squads were called back because the female had not left the property and way laying in the snow. She
stated she thoughtshe was off the property. These would make up two reported disturbances.
Robbery: #1 — 17 year old female invites 19 year old male to "hang out". He takes a bottle of brandy from the
kitchen and when she attempted to stop him he hit her over the head with the bottle twice. #2 — Cell phone knocked
out of victims hand, suspect then picked it up and ran off.
