Disorderly Conduct/Disturbing the Peace: I don't believe we should be alarmed by the 31% increase in these types of calls, because after all, when working with a relatively small number, this is only 16 more of such calls from last year, which is about one and one-half per month For the year, our call load went up 1% and we worked one officer short for about half the year. That is most likely the reason for a 5% reduction in traffic stops. Most of the major crimes show a reduction in 2013. The exception to this is a 14% increase in burglaries. Motor vehicle accidents are up slightly, this is easily attributable to the 'winter like driving conditions' we experience through the beginning of May last year.
