Mayor Borchardt called the meefftng to order roll call - Mayor Borchardt, Clerk Gents, and Councilmen Monnens Stock. akdk1k. Absent was Councilman Hess, , Motion was made by Monnens to secure Mike McPhillips to sweep; the streets in the Village, Village streets for $280.50 'and County streets for $ 66.00; seconded by Stock and upon �a vote taken it was duly passed. Various property owners that reside along Birchs Lane were present in regards to requesting imppovements on Birch Lane. Village Diatneer fin Schmokel explained the cost for blacktopyi would be approximately $1200.00 which the property owners would have assume. The storm sewer improvement of $700.00 the V111W would have to assume. Mr. Schmokel advised a road contraotor is in the area and will do the blaektopping for $2200.00 until Triday aeptember let, 1967. The property ownervwill have to decide • by - Monday August 28th it they want `- he work done, and, if so the monies will have to be collected a =ast be in the hands of the Pillage, before work is begun. ' x i George norgerding,was present in regards to his preliminary plat f ?. of the Dunham property,. Motion was made by Monnens to approve the preliminary plat, seconded by Stock and upon a vote taken it was } duly passed. George Borgerding advised he proposes to construct a house on Lot 15BBook 2, Sohombel AdditiAn.
