April 8th, 1968 1 The Common Council of the Village of Prior Lake met in regular session in the 'Clerk office of the Vill Monday evening April'8th,,196E et SPM. Mayor Geren called the meeting to order, roll call- present were Mayor Geren; Clerk'Gentz, .,and Councilmen Monrens, Stock and Hess.' The minutes of the previous meetings Were read and approved. Eugene Alenkueh presented literature on h twin bericon ray' lights anal siren to, be. installed, on; the new police car and explained the necessity for saTae: The cost for tae tarn lights and siren is $320.00. Motion was mado` "by Monnens to purchase the Twin Beacon lights and Sirenfor the prise of 5320 which is to be installed on the nw%i Prior Lake Police. Insurance Co. 1511.00 Hartford Insuranoe Co. 11954.00 Motion made, by Stock to accept the 'bid of Continentah Insurano Company for. the sum of $1511.00 for insuz anoe coverages for °;the Village,of Prior Lake mot for the period covering April 9th, 1966 to April nth, 1969, seconded by Bess and upon R, vote taken it - was duly passed. �19 r° Fire Chief Delbert Busse presented the fire calls for the month of March 1969. me also requested that the Village, @d , an or 3 men, to the,-State Fire School April 29th through May 2nd, 1668. a. Be requested that the 'Vihlage pay the registration fees and e'xpense`s to attend the 1968 Fire School whioh,is $5.`00 for the registration ;gee and an additional e xpense of `55.00. Pearson, Health Officer of c _� SwAt County, notifing the Prior Lake Council the Prior Lake Dump is totally unacceptable, is a breeding ground for rate and is a; health hazaad.
