MINUTES of the Proceedings of the Village Council of the Village of Prior Lake in the County of Scott and
State of Minnesota, including all accounts audited by said Council
January 27th, 1965
The Common Council of the Village of Prior Lake met in'
special session thn the office of the Village Clerk Monday
evening January 27th, 1969 at 7PM. The meeting was called,
to order by°ilayoi Goren, roll call present were Mayor Goren
Clerk Gents &nd Councilmen Monnens and Stock, absent Smith.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the presenting r�fg
Of the Prior Lake Rescue Unit by various Stete Officals.
Motion was made by Stock to shard the legal newspaper,
to, the Prior Lake American for the year '1969, seconded by
Monnens and upon a. vote taken it was passed.
No further business the meeting was adjourned.0

and 3 mills for the retirement of debt on the Prior Lake Fire
Hall• • He was advised this would be iven consideration.

Motion was mi'de by Stock to 'ski

fire protection with Credit River Township -with 3 mills to go
for fire protection and 1� mill to go for mainfenancs of the
Lire hall. This in to be review `

hour, of fire call' and $75.00 for each .additional hour alao

the village water- hydrants should the need arias;
an additional per hour will be charge foresuch service.
Spring Laaikr signed - a firs contract for 3 mills.` The above
agreements shell germinate earlier then as provided;, said e.arlsr
