Roll call, present were Mayor Geren Clerk Glentz, Councilmen Monnans, Smith and Clemens. The minutes of the previous meetinge. were read and approved. Clerk Gents swore in the newly apsointed Mayor.; Walter Stock, and Coouncilman,= Irvin Clemens. t.
