annexation of the Stepka Addition to the Village of
Prior Lake, seconded by Smith and, u;�on a vote taken it�t ;

An application was received from John - Brooke Hauser, ,)resident
of of Prior of Friar, Inc. for an On Sale Liquor License.
Motion was made by Clemens to., grant the On Sale Liquor License
with the stipulation the site is to be a first slass'eocktail
lounge and a future su ?per club, not 1ko be operatsd as ad
dance hall except on weekends, and a petition for annexation
of 'the remainder of the Brooksville Commerical promerty
f be presented at the next Village Council meeting October

Department to install signs at the corner of 5th Avenue North
and County Road la and at Prior Avenue and Scott County
Highway No. 12, seconded by'Clemens and upon a vote taken

to reduce the speed limit on State Highway 13 through the
