Motion was made by Sehommor to adopt a resolution authorizing

and directing the Southwest Sanitary Sewer District Board to
transfer assets and property to the Metropolitan Sewer Beard
as required: by law, WNEREAS, Chapter 449, Minneesta; Lags of
1969, established the Metropolitan sewer Board and,granted {

the said Metropolitan'Sower Board speaifo authority to
take ever and assume all of the duties and obligations Of

the Southwest Sanitary Sewer District Board and to _assume
ownership of all propPrtios acquired by the Southwest
sanitary Sewer District Beor•2 in the furtherance of the

hereinbefore mentioned, and WHAREAS, the Ustropolita,n Sewer
Board has advised the Southwest, sanitary Sewer District
Board that pursuant to the provisions of said Ohapter 449,

that the metropolitan Sewer Beard will take ever and assume
ownership of the prosertyand all the duties and obligations'
of the Southwest Sanitary Sewer District as of June 1, 1970,
and, iMEREA3, it bezomes the duty and obligation, as require&

the Southwest Sanitary Sewer District to. authorize ' the
Southwest Sanitary Sower District Beard to transfer or

The Common Oeuneil of the Villa* of Prior Lake met in
special: session is the Office of the Village Olork Tuesday
evening April 28th, 1070 at 730 P.M. Mayor Stack called
the meeting to order -roll call - present were Mayor Stock,
Clark Sentz, and Councilmen Clemens and $* hemmer, absent
was Councilman Smith.
Motion was made by Clemons to authorize Mayor Stock to most
with proper individuals to make settlement concerning sewer
damages in the Oakwood Ni11s,Addition, seconded by Qenta
and •pea a vote taken.t was duly passed.
Matida was made by slemene to resolution WHEREAS, the
Ceuneil of the Village of Prior Lake has examined the
Corridor Location Study for Trunk Righways 169, 212, and 41,'
dated February, 1870, as submitted by Reward, Needles, Taummei
and Borgendeff, Consulting Engineers, and WHEREAS, the
oerridor locations depleted in Corridor system D as shown
