Marold Israelson, Village Engineer, retorted the assessment ' rolls have been completed for the Street Improvement and the Water Improvement in the Stepka N ghview Addition with the hearing for the water service in the atepka lighview k n Addition to be at 7:30 r.M.,and the Street- Impmovement hearing for North Central Avenue to be at 8:30• r The P lanning Commission recommended "No Parking" signs on County Z Road 27 in the vicinity of the apartments and Memorial lark be'nstalled. Motion was made by smith to have ' "No Parking* signs installed on County Road 27 in the vicinity of the apart - :E ments and Memorial Park, seconded by Schommer and upon a vote taken it was duly passed. sl Motion was made by sshommsr to adopt Ordinance' No. 70-10 pertain- i ing.to parking on North Central Avenue in the Vill age of Prior <Lake. It will be unlawful: for any individual. driving au motor vehicle of any nature to park said vehicle on North Central Avenue within the Oitq Limitw of Prior-Lake longer than two hours between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. and it will be unlawful for anyone to park a truck on North Central Avenue, bet *en the hours Of 8:00 A.M. and 6 :00 P.M. unless such parking is for the ; solo, purpose:of unloading or loading merchandise. A truck shall be defined as a vehJ.ele over 7000 The gross weight.- Violation of this Ordinanse shall conettute a misdemeanor and,,violators shall be fined as follows: (a) Anyone who violates this Ordinone* shall be subject to a $3.00 fine. (b) If said fine is not pkid - within ten days, fine will be increased to $10.00. (s) If said $10.00 line ia, not paid within, thirty days, then the individual will be required to aapear in Justice court; ' failure to appear will result in a bench warrent."
