State of Minnesota, including all accounts audited by said Council.

The Common Council of the Village of Prior Lake met in special session in the office
of the Village Clerk, Friday evening, April 23rd., 1971, at 7:30 P.M. Y Mayon Stock
called the meeting to order. Roll call - Present were Mayor Stock, Clerk Gentz, and
Councilmen Schommer, Clemens and Suss*. Absent were Councilman Smith.
.There was considerable discussion cdneerning road widths In the Oakwood Hills Addition.
Mr. Krahling, developer of the Oakwood HiIIsAddition was present. Mr. Krab!ing
advised the preliminary plans presented to the council indicated 32 foot paved roadways.
When this was approved by the council., he 'thougtti ° this should be a final action, even
though he requested rezoning of property in the Oakwood Hills Addition' atV later date,
which would change the flow of traffic and the council had to take Into consideration.
Motion was made by Clemens to resind the motion of September 14th., 1970, as follows:

the South Oakwood 'Road and the North Oakwood Road be a 36 foot paved roadway
and the Oakwood_Circle,be a 30 foot paved roadway, seconded by Schommer, and upon
a vote talon, it was duly passed.
Motion was made by Schommer that the 'Oakwood Circle 6 7 a 32 foot paved roadway,
and that the Oakwood Circle cul -de-sac should have a 35 paved surface radius,
seconded by Clemens, and upon vote taken, it was duly posted.

Motion was made by Busse that the South Oakwood Road be a 36 foot paved roadway,

seconded by Schommer, and upon a vote taken, it was duly passed.
Motion was made by Schommer that the North Oakwood Road be a 36 folk paved roadway
from the most westerly point to the most, northeasterly point of the South Oakwood Road
and from that point that the roadway1t be be reduced to a 32 foot paved roadway and
that the ft"witlon be from a 36 foot to a 32 foot roadway and that should 6 acomplished ",
over a one to twenty ratio, seconded by Busse, and upon a vote taken, it was duly passed,.,,
Mr. Doyle Krahling wanted it noted that he was against this action.
No further' business, the meetin' was "adjourned.
