ession October I,
1973 at 8:00 P.M, in the Villa
ge Council Chambers. Mayor Stock called the meetin

order. Roll Call. Present were Mayor Stock, Clerk McGuire, and Councilmen
Oakes, Patchin, Watkins and Busse.
Mr. James K. Lynch appeared before the council and roWested that they reconsider
the assessment made on his

There was considerable discussion•on the old water tower.
Estimated cost of preserving
the tower for the next five yeas ranged from the Village Engineer's estimete'of $4,500

Any action on what should be done with the $6,000.00, which has been bonded for,

Motion was made by Patchin ro have the village engineer prepare a chonye order to
r improve the intersection of Candy Cover Parkway and North Pr1orAake with Highway
• 13 at an estimated cost of 700.00, seconded by Oakes and upon a vote ,taken, it was
duly passed

his findings and estimated costs for clearing the ditch and culvert under, First Avenue.
Motion was made by Patchin td the village maintenance crew do, the hauling of
the Class 5 Base, under the Village Engineer's supervision,_far, the'road. leading to d
the new water rower, seconded by Stock.' and upon a vote taken, .the' Mowing voted
