Mayor Stock called the meeting to order. ;Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen Oakes and Busse and City Administrator, McGuire. Absent were Councilmen Patchin and. Watkins. _ The purpose of the meeting was to discuss a Ca i ` impr ovement p tA) pr ent Program fora: the City of Prior Lake., - Charles Tooker, City Planner, and Haro �! r Id Isroelson, City Engineer, were present and � discussed the City's Capitol Improvement Pogrom with the City Council. ,... Motion.was made by Oakes to appoint the City Administer as project Coordinator, �$ seconded,by Busse and upon a vote taken, it was duly. pwsed. March 4, 1974 The Common Council of the City of Prior Lake met in regular session in the Prior hake Council Chambers, March 4, 1974 at 8:00 P.M.
