Minnesota, including all accounts audited by said Council.
Motion` was made by Oakes to accept the bids as submitted,. and to Have Mr. Olson,
the bond consultant, check diem. for accuracy, seconded by Watkins and upon a
vote taken, it was, duly passed.'
Motion was. made by Watkins approve the request of Northwestern. Bell `Telephone
Company. to bury cable on Bayvew Crest, Bayvew Addition,', seconded by Busse
and upon' vote taken, it was duly passed. Councilman Oakes abstained.
Motion was made by Oaken to approve the letter ,to Mr;. ,McCormick pertaining
to the City's policy on water and sewer assessments, seconded; by Watkins and
upon a, vote taken, it was duly, passed.
Mr. Olson reviewed the bids and recommended that the bid be awarded to the
First National Bank of .St. Paul. Motion was made.,by -Oakes to gward the bid
on the Sewer ;and Water Improvement Bonds to the low bidder, First National
. Bank of,St. , Paul, and' piper, / Jaffre b Hopwood': good faith check,
seconded by Watkins and, upon a votq `taken, it was duly, passed.

Motion was made by Patchin authorizing Councilman Oakes and Engineer Isroelson
to prepare a letter to Mrs. Bluedorn; in regards to Sewer Water Project 0 74 -2 -2
for her property on the .north edge of Miller'erfAddition, seconded;by: Busse and upon
a vote taken, it was duly passed.
Motion was made by Oakes to schedule a public, hearing for Sewer and Water on
July 29th @ 7:30 P.M., in• the `City Council Chambers .for the Eastwood Oak G

Motion was made by Busse to approve the application for a 3.2 beer license for
Prior Lake Softball Association, seconded by Stock and :upon a>.vota taken,. it
