31974, n.tha Junior High Cafeteria at 7:30 P.M. Mayor Stock called the.

meeting to order. Present were Mayor Stock Councilmen Busse, Oakes,`Watkiris,

Motion was made,by Watkins to assess lot 18, except the Westerly 50 feet, of
- Maves.lst Lake Addition, for 150 feet of frontage, for the entire acreage'
and to defer 81.83 feet until it is divided or sold, seconded by Busse and;
{ f upon a vote taken, the following voted in favor ofs Stock Busse and Watkins.
Opposed: None Abstained: Oakes d: Williams. Motion Carried.,.'Mrs.
Bluedorn obj6ated to the above motion on - ,the - premise that a previous agree -
ment had been reached between Mr.Oakes and herself, where she understood
that the deferred assessment would be approximately 30 Peet. v
In regards to Mr. Robert Barris assessment,,RL.S. 33, Councilman Watkins "
stated that Mr. .Barr purchased all oflLot 970 F in 19700 In 1973. he sold t
30 feet of it, making both,parts of the lot unbuildake. Based on the above,,
a motion was made by Watkins that upon receipt, by the City Administrator,
of documents verifying the above statement, Parcel #979A and Parcel 9798 xi21
be considered as one and assessed for 10 feet of and 10 feet a-
round the corner, the.remainng 20 feet of frontage ;will be deferred, and the
entire acreage charge'will be assessed now. Seconded by W illiams and upon
a voate taken, it was dul passed.
Motion was made by Oakes that Parcel #j80 A should be assessed for 100 feet
of frontage, rather than 110 feet, seconded by Watkins and upon a vote taken,
it was duly passed.
�~ Notion-was made by - Oakes authorising the, Mayor and Administrator, to interview
and hire a secretary for the Administrators office, seconded by Watkins and
upon.a vote taken, it was duly passed, .

and/or Mr. Farrell for an ex 4.

Motion was made by Oakes authorizing the Administrator to negotiate with
Lawrence Schweich on the new site - for - the - Library and to draw up a lease
agreement, seconded by Watkins and upon a vote taken, it was duly passed.
Motion was made by Busse,,seconded by Williams to adjourn, upon a vote taken,
the meeting was adjourned at 11 ;.00 P.M.

The only person present was Mr. Robert Preussler. He asked who was on the.
assessment roll this
year. Mayor Stock stated that anyone -that paid for the,
water connection permit prior to August 1, -1974.
There being no further questions, a motion was made by Watkins to approve the
assessment roll and t
