October 2 9 regular session at , 1974 is the City Council Chambers. Mayor Stock called the meeting to order. Motion Was invade by Watkins to assess Anderson Property (that part of Parcel PL 2 -260) entire acfreage bbarge plus $100 nominal front footage charge and defer r emiain3ng frontjfootage until 'lot is deemed buildable, seconded by Oakes and upon a vota taken it tag duly passed. A petition was received by kra.'�'Andarson to blacktop Candy Cove lead. Motion was made by Oakes to,aocept request and turn over to Rngineer for a feasibility study, seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly passed.,,. p � Motion was made by °Oakes that Mr. Pitzl's Lots 1 3 t 32, 33f are not buildable at this time. Water and sewer assessments will be def `e i' ed until these throe lots are deemed buildable. If there 3s, any change in lake level to make them buildable then they would be called.. down.
