Village of Prior Lake in the Counter of Scott and State of Minnesota, including all accounts audited by sold Council September 18, 1975 The Common Council of the City of Prior Lake met in special session on September 1E 1975 at 7:30 P.M. Mayor 'Stock called the meeting to order. Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen Oakes, Williams, and Busse, Administrator McGuire, Eggineers Anderson and Israelson, and Attorney Sullivan. Councilman Haberkorn was absent. Motion was made by Oakes to change the acreage assessment for PL 4 172A (Owen Paukner)''from .69 to .27 A , and to reduce the total cost to $3,213.44, seconded by Williams and upon a vote taken it was duly passed. Motion was made by Oakes to change the current front footage for sewer and water to u 150 feet and the deferred front footage tor 194.63 feet for Parcel I PL 2 - 279 - (Arndt), seconded by Williams and upon a vote taken it was duly passed. Motion -was made by Oakes to change the current front footage for paving to 150 foot and the deferred front footage! to 134.93 feet for Parcel Pl. 2- 297 -11 (Arndt), seconded by Busse and upon a vote "taken it was duly passed. Motion was made by Oakes, that all the parcels iwConroys Bay, east of the 30 foot road, down to the lake, have no storm sewer or paving assessment for Project 75-6, seconded by Busse and updn a .vote taken it was duly passed. Motion was made by Oakes that parcel # PL 4-131-2R (Dubar Marine) be assessed for 391.11 front feet for sewer and. 401.11 front feet for water currently, on the basis that this is a non- conforming 'use. The balance of the assessment will be deferred until an application to expand the use is received by the City of Prior lake, at which time the deferment will be reviewed, seconded by Williams and upon a vote taken it was duly passed Motion was made by Oakes reaffirming the Council's policy of assessment districts for „storm sewer to preserve the roads, seconded by Stock and upon a 'vote taken it was duly passed. Motion was made by Oakes that 5700.00 be added to Messrs. Parke, Grossini, Ppuiiot, F. J. Anderson and C. H. Nygaard's assessments, for the additional sewer line put in upon their requests, seconded by Williams and upon a vote taken it was duly passed. , Motion was made by Busse to, reduce the acreage from• 1.31 to ; 1.25 for Parcel -# PL 2 530 (Moves - Project 74 -1.0), seconded by Oakes and upon a vote taken it was, Au) passed. Mayor r Stock offered b y Pa yo go over the assessment with Mrs. `Bluedom. The Administrator was instructed to notify James Simon ( PL 2 °279 -S) that his lot is no longer landlocked, and is being assessed currently. 1 Motion was made by Oakes that the assessment for PL 4 1311' remain unchanged,, seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly passed. Motion was made by Oakes to reduce the acreage for PL 4 123F from 1097 to .78, " seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly passed: I Motion, was made by Busse that the assessment for PL 4 124D remain unchanged; - seconded by Oakes and upon a vote taken it was duly passed.
