The Common Council of 'the City of Prior Lake met in special session on October 25,
1975 at 5:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers. Mayor Stock ,called the meeting
to order. Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen Busse, Oakes, and Williams,
Administrator McGuire, and Engineer Anderson. Councilman Haberkorn'was absent.

Motion was made by Busse to, award the Civil Deform Siren Bid, Phase Il,to Electric-

Service Company, with a deduct for the 45 foot poles, and with the understanding'

that the D.B. coverage will be guaranteed, seconded by Williams and upon o vote
taken it was duly passed.

Motion was made. by Busse, seconded by Oakes to adjourn at 5 :20 P.M. So Moved.
