February 9, 1976 0 The Common Council of the City of Prior Lake met in regular session on ` � ') bruary 9, 1976-ot 7:30 in the City Council, Chambers. Mayor Stock called the meeting toorder. Present were Mayor Slack, Councilmen Bussej Watkins and Williams, City Manager McGuire, Engineer Anderson,'and, Attorney Sullivan. Councilman Oakes was absent. -The following corrOcHons were made to the Minutes oVFebruory 2, 1976. Page two, paragraph thirteen, 4cond"line. "curring" should read "cutting." Page four, paragraph twelve, last line, omit ",if either tree dies" from the end of the sentence. MINUTES Motion was made by Vatkins to approve the Minutes of February 2, 1976 as amended, seconded by Buss4i'and upon a vote taken it was duly possed." OAKLAND BEACH Mr. Horst Graser presented the Hardshel I of Oakland Beach Fifth Addition for 5TH ADDN. approval by the Council.
