The Common Council of the City of Prior Lakel met in special session on March 10,
t 1976 at 4 :45 P.M. in the City Council Chambers. Mayor Stock called the meeting
to order. Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen Busse, Oakes, and City
Manager McGuire, Engineer Anderson, and Engineer Israelson. Councilman Watkins
was present for the last Portion of the meeting.
TRUNK Engineer Isreelson presented information and cosh on eliminating the trunk main

through the park for Council review and discussion.
The Council agreed to leave the trunk main through the park in the project as'
planned.

WOOD s MAPLE Motion was made by Oakes to delete the trunk sewer along County Road 21 to run
the trunk as for as the Fischer Farm and the 10" main through Grainwilr.d to Maple
Park as shown on the map, attached to these miNa, Ins, at an estimated cost of
'a :145,327.00, seconded by Williams and upon o vote taken it was duly passed.

as "ended, secondedtby Oakes and upona vote taken it was duly passed.
Motion was made by, Oakes iD; authorize the advertisement of bids for Project 75-3
'and to open bid1t on'April 12, 1976 at 10.00 A .M., seconded by Busse and upon a
. vote taken it was duly passed
Motion was made by Oakes to adjourn, seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken this
