The Common Council of the City of Prior Lake met in regular session on April 12,> 1976
at 7;30. P.M. in the City Council Clwrnbers.. Mayor Stock called the meeting to order.

Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen Busse, Watkins, and Williams, City Manager
