The Common Council of the City of Prior Lake met in regular session'on April 19, 1976 ry
at 7 :30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers. Mayor Stock called the meoi 11 1
Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen Busse, Watkins, and Williams, City Manager orde
McGuire, Engineer Anderson; and Attorney Sullivan. Councilman, Oakes was absent

City Manager. McGuire stated that at the Planning Advisory Commission meeting
Thursday night the Planning Advisory Commission requested additional time to study
some "of the requested changes in the Zoning Ordinance and there is a Nbii;c
Hearing scheduled for'May 10, 1976 and the motion establishing this meeting
should be rescinded
Motion :was made by Watkins to rescind the motion to hold a Public Hearing on
