The Common Council of the City of Prior Lake met in_ regular session on April 26, 1976
:i at 7 :30 P.M. in-the City Council Chambers. Mayor Stock called the, meeting to order.
Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen $usse, Oakes, Watkins, and Williams, City
Manager McGuire, and "Engineer Anderson.
The following corrections were made. to the. Minutes of April 19, 1976:

Page one, paragraph ten, should read - Motion was made by Watkins to sell an issue
refuriding the $2,370,000.00 outstanding issue along with the refinancing of She
$1,540,000,00 plus the $390, 000.00 of 1975 financing to be sold an May 10, 1976
at 2:00 P.M. at the Prior Lake City Hall, seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken
it was duly passed.

park bonds in the amount of $280,000,00 on May 10,j 1.976 at 2.00 P.M. at the Prior `
Lake City Hall, seconded by Williams and upon a vote taken it was,duly passed,

seconded` by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly 'passed.
BURNING SITE City, Manager McGuire stated that he has negotiated a burning site for=:diseased trees
DISEASED TREE at the corner of County Road 42 and Pike Lake Road, there will be no charge, but
the City will have to maintain the driveway which the, people Will hove to use to dump
their diseased trees.: Af-this:time; the City does. not nave a signed agreement and
this matter was tabled until the agreement has be

PRIOR SOUTH Mayort Stock read a letter from Lawrence Schweich'Fbme Builder, Inc. stating that

S/11 /PAVING they have been 'advised by the City Manager that the bids for water, sewer, and
blackropping for Phase III in Prior .South Addition have come in ;higher than anticipated. ;
They understand that the bids being accepted will increase the total cost to approxi

t+c► they can still. erect some homes in. this area this summer.
Motion.was,made by Oakes tha a new Prior South 111 Developer's ' t pe Agreement be
signed, including the actual ,costs, excluding road paving and that to remain an
estimated cost+° seconded by Watkins. and upon a vote taken it was duly passed.
PROD. 75 - Engineer Anderson stated that the bids for Pro jeet 75 -3 Phase Ill. were retabulaled and
PHASE 1,11 it found that Instead of Fischer Construction, the second Jaw bidder was actual
Petor.L " atnetti Construction. Peter Lametti Construction presently does not have any
work=W could start immediately if awarded the .bid. Harley IZffman, Inc. was the
low bidder and he had previously stated that if he was not awarded Phase 1, 11, and Ill
of Project 75-3 he was not interested' in just Phase Ill and this was also stated in the bids
he presented. rL Motion was made by Busse to award Pro ject 75-3 Phase Ill to Peter Lametti Construction

firm, presented a=booklet telling about his firm, and answered` questions asked by
the Council. ;.

CONSULTING:. The Council'.discussed the interviews with the three Consultant Engineers and the
ENGINEERS ,Council will make a decision-on the: Consultant Engineer- at the next Council
meeting.
