The Common Council of the City of Price make met in regular session on May 3, 1976
07:30 P.M., in the City Council Chambers. Mayor Stock called the meeting to order:

The following correction was made to the Minutes of April 26, 1976= Page two
paragraph two, should read - Councilman Oakes stated whether the park makes use '

City Manager McGuire stated tha !,Mayor Stock and he have negotiated with Mr. and
Mrs. Ed Watzl for Loh 3 and 4 of Watzl's Point also

point known as Parcel 0 7808, the total, purchase price is $71,452,95; ft downy
and 20% thereafter. Mr. and Mrs- Watzl would pay off all of the assessments on the `
parcel and he recommended the approval,.
