Present were Mayor Stock, 1 Councilmen Busse, Manager Watkins, and Williams; City McGuire, Engineer Anderson, Administrative i Assistant Graser, Finance Director MacGillivray, and Attorney Sullivan. Councilman Oakes was absent.
