Mayor Stock called the meeting to order. _Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen Bissonett, Busse, Oakes, and Watkins, City Maliager McGuire, Assi {.:'Engineer Raaen, . City Planner Graser, Finance Director MacGillivray, City Park Director Jambois, and Attorney Sullivan. } MINUTE Motion was made by Watkins to approve the Minutes of September 7, 1976, seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly passed,' TAX STRUCTURE OF BOUDINS Mr, Harold Conradv was present regarding the tax structure of the Boudin's. `. Motion was made by Watkins to assess Prior South an assessment on Parcels on „an equal assessment payment over five years, seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly passed. PRa. 7572. Donation of 1 property for City Manager McGuire presented information regarding a donation of property to the City of Prior Lake for parks by M/M' parks by Mr, and Mrs. Ralph Bcteser. Councilman Oakes directed the City Staff to look g into l the City sewer rate structure, ylt.,SCHROEDER Mr. Victor Schroeder was present regarding his property and easements, :EASEMENTS s This matter was tabled and Mayor Stock directed the City Engineer to get PROPERTY cost estimates on open -cut and tunnelling the tracks. ARNOLD STORM City Manager McGuire presented a, request from Arnold Storm for an A Y EXT, extension of time for sewer and water connection. 4 Motion; was made by Watkins to extend Arnold Storm's sewer and ` water connection date until June 1, 1977, seconded by Busse and upon ,a vote taken it was duly passed. Oakridge Court Paving s Storm Assistant: Engineer Raaen presented a recommendation by Engineer Anderson to approve the Oakridge Court paving and storm sewer 'th four contingencies, (1) that no basement be built below elevation (2) f' that the developer install a watermaia from Flandrau to Trunk Highway 13, (3) that the developer submit a revised plan for the 4M s and (4) that developer be required to maintain the drainage po area, silt; removal for a three year period. 8 Pond for Ott' t >b Motion was made by B ssonett to approve the plans and specifications for ..
