FIRE 4 RESCUE Motion was made by Watkins to approve the Fire and Rescue Report for August 1976, seconded by Busse and upon a. vote taken it was duly passed. ' v„ POST OFFICE ACQUIRING LAN City Manager McGuire stated that the Postal Department has expressed, some interest in acquiring the land behind City Hall.and BEHIND CITY HALL asked if the Council has any desire to sell the "'land. After discussion on this matter the Council decided not to sell the property and the City Manager was directed meet with the Downtown Commission and Postal Department to consider some alternatives. GLEN JONES OWNERS DUPLI- City Manager McGuire stated in 1974 during a`'sewer and water project Glen Jones who lige's in LATE TO ISRAE SON s ASSOC. Inguadona Beach gave his owners duplicate to Isrielson and Assoc., Inc, and he claims it was never returned and Greg Gentz claims it was returned to him.
