Mayor Stock called the meeting to order. Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen. Bissonett, Busse, and Oakes, City Manager McGuire, Park Director � Jambois, Planner Tooker,; and Engineer Anderson. was •, ,Councilman'Watkins absent.: The following', correction was made to the Minutes of September 20, 1976:u,: Page two, paragraph five, line six should -read "accruing." DUTCH ELM City Manager McGuire presented information on dutch elm disease and DISEASE ` requested input from the Council regarding bonding,-rremoval and treatment, length of repayment schedule, interest, etc.. i LL for,Prior'Lake TREE INSPEC. CIP City Manager McGuire stated that the new CIP is now available at City Hall to the public;, PEOPLE NOT City Manager McGuire stated he turned over approxiiiitely 30 names to the CONNECTED TO.
