The Common Council of the City of Prior Lake met in regular session on
December 6, 1976 at 7:30 P.M. in

called the meeting to order. Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen. Bissonett
Busse, Oakes, and Watkins,
City_Manager McGuire, Engineer Anderson, Planner

HAROLD ISRAEL Mr. Harold Israelson was present appealing the rezoning denial

Planning Advisory Commission Chairman Thorkelson stated that the Planning
Advisory Commission was unanimous in its decision to reject_the rezoning
proposal, they concurred with the staff recommendation, they felt. there

Mr. Israelson stated there was a misunderstanding with staff regarding
