The Common Council of the City of Prior Lake Diet in regular session on
January 3, 1,977 at 7:30 P.M: in the,.City Council Chambers. Mayor Stock

called the meeting to order. Present Were Mayor Stock, Councilmen
Bissonett, Busse, Oakes, and Watkins, City Manager McGuire, Engineer
i Anderson, Planne -r Graser, and Attorney Sullivan.
MINUTES
Notion was made by Watkins to approve the Minutes of December 20; 1976,`
seconded by and upon a vote taken it was duly passed.
LANGHORST I-
Mr-. Rod Krass eras present .:representing Langhorst First Addition and

presented an agreement between the LanghorstS and the City of Prior Lake
for Council review and,discussion.
Motion was made by Watkins that.the agreement between the Langhorsts and
the City of Pricer Lake be wade a matter of record attached to taughorst
First Addition. and to authorize the. Mayor and City Manager to sign 'this

to that portion of the Plipasant Avenue extension which lies within the

Mayor Stock directed the City Manager. to prepare this resolution.
