Stock called the meeting to order. Present were - MayotStock,
Councilmen Bissonett,
Busse, Watkins, and Oakes, City Manager
McGuire, Engineer. Anderson, Planner Graser and Attorney Sullivan.

JNotion was made by Busse to approve the Minutes of April 11, T977,
seconded by Watkins and upon a vote
taken it was duly passed:

Planner`Graser presented Boudins Manor Fifth`.addition Hardshell for

5TH ADDN.
i Notion was wade by Oakes to approve Boudins ,Manor, Fifth `Addition
Hardshell contingent upon the covenant accompanying the hardshell,
seconded by Watkins and upon a vote taken it
was duly passed:

The maximum participation in the Boudins Manor Association would
be_ 44 boats."

Mayor Stock tabled the deferred•.assessments on Outlot A of Boudins
'Manor Fifth Addition and directed Attorney Sullivan
to report to
theCouncil on available alternatives.

and,Council regarding project 76 -1 Street Paving
for Council
review - and discussion.
Notion was made ^by Bissonett to approve the final plans and
Specifications for Project 76 -1 based on the City Engineer's
recommendation, seconded by Busse and upon a'vote taken it was
duly passed.
Motion was made by Bissonett to authorize advertising for bids
for Project 76 -1 and the bids to be opened on Friday, May 13, 1977
