Pon a vote BOND ISSUES Financial Director MacGillivray was present to discuss amending�,�he' authorizing resolution for previous bond issues. This discussion, was a result of finding's made known to the City of the County Auditor's office regarding the discrepancy between certified annual tax l ev ids for city bonds and the years y debt requirements`. ,.
