The Common Council of the City of Prlor take met in-regular session

on October 3, 1977 at 7:3010M, Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen
i Bissonett, Busse, Oakes and Watkins, City Manager McGuire, Ci
Anderson, Financial Director MacGiil.ivra ty Engineer
y and Attorney Sullivan.
The following corrections are to be made to the minutes of September 26, 1977
Page 1 , paragraph 11, line 2 should read "`

Councilman Watkins made a motion to advertise and open bids for Project
77 -4 on October 17, 1477 at l:tAM in the Prior'take

BOND ISSUES
Financial Director MacGillivray was present to discuss amending�,�he' authorizing
resolution for previous bond issues.
This discussion, was a result of finding's made known to the City of the County
Auditor's office regarding the discrepancy between
certified annual tax
