REMODEL Z Motion was made Oakes to approve�,the transfer of the Licensel� Green Heights Liquor to Mr. and Mrs. William Baird, contingent upon the bond'and complUance with, the City-Ordinance, seconded by Bissonet t and upon a vote ibken it was duly passed. The owners also reque' sted a variance for the,proposed remodeling of Green Heights.' Mr. Skip Reeble and Mr. Bryce Huemoelle r were present along Wlt� Mrs. WI h Mr�. and Iiiam Baird, new owners f the Green Heights Resort to d scuss,,the. 0 remodeling proposal.
