The Common, Council of the City of Prior Lake met An regular session on
Novmeber 14, 1977 at 7;30PM. Present were Mayor'Stock. Councilmen

Bissonett, Busse and Watkins, City Manager McGuire, City Engineer

Motion was made by Watkins to accept the bids for Project 77 -3
Phases 1 and ii and to table the awarding until the information that
is ,needed is returned to the Council from-Engineering, seconded'by
Bissonett and upon.a vote taken it was duly passed. z
