Present were Mayor'Stock. Councilmen ` Bissonett, Busse and Watkins, City Manager McGuire, City Engineer Anderson, City Planner Graser and Attorney Sullivan.. PRQJ. 77-3 Mr Wayne Long of`OSM was present to discuss the bids that were received for Project 77-3 Phases 1 and 11;' Motion was made by Watkins to accept the bids for Project 77 -3 Phases 1 and ii and to table the awarding until the information that is ,needed is returned to the Council from-Engineering, seconded'by Bissonett and upon.a vote taken it was duly passed. z Maint. Bldg. Ci,ay Engineer Anderson discussed the maintenance buil''ding bids with Y! si Bids the'Counci"l and recommended to reject a1i bids that were received. Motion was made by Watkins to'adjourn the public hearing, seconded by ' Busse and upon a vote taken this public hearing was adjourned at 8 :051 BOB, BURNHAM SUB.
