After considerable discussion.a motion was made'by Watkins to deny 'the,rezoning
,.. request of Steve Mueller, seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken Ir,was
duly passed. Councilman Hafermann voted nay, based on the reasoning that
Prior Lake should have more flexiMbili,ty to;'the,Comprehensive:Plan.

Notion was made by Watkins to grant a 15' front yaad variance. contingent
