Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen Bissonett, Busse, Hafermann and Watkins, City Manager McGuire, City Engineer Anderson, City 'Planner Graser and Attorney Sullivan. Motion was made by Watkins to app rove, the minutes of January 16; 1978, seconded by Nafermann and upon a vote taken i The Council considered Resolution 78 -4. MINUTES.
