Busse, Hafermann, Watkins, City Manager M cGuire, City Engineer Anderson, City Planner Graser, Park Director Mangan and Attorney Hicks. Page one, paragraph 16, the following statement should be added: The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on December 15, 1977 for this rezoning and their recommendation was for approval of the request. MINUTES- Motion was made by Bissonett to approve the minutes,of February 6, 1978 a s amended, seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly passed. Chamber of Cormerce had decided to dona°te"tlte proceeds of Snow Days for the July 4th Fireworks display.
