Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen Bissonett, Busse, Hafermann. and Watkins, City Manager McGuire;, City Engineer Anderson, Park Director Mangan, City Planner Graser and Attorney Sullivan. Page.one paragraph 12, line 3 should read, "..,the tree may not be'on his... ". Page two, paragraphA0, l ine 3 should read, ". to their private bid... ". MINUTES Motio;i was made by Watkins, to approve the minute% of February 13, 1,978 as amended, seconded by Busse and upon ,a vote taken I alas duly passed. DISEASED TREE Mayor Stock called to order the Continuance of the.01seased Tree HEARING Assessment Hearing at 8PM. i The only parcel' in question was that of Mr, Larry Dunham, tnguadona Beach,. �. Mayor Stock stated than the policy that will be adhered to '�ro�a now on ; concerning ownersh1p`of a diseased tree between two or more parcel owners is that each will be assessed the percentage of the tree on each` parcel, The cost of determining this will be the property and it is his responsibility. Motion was made by Watkins to amend the assessment roll to :"ers ad Mr. Larry Dunham be assessed $1275.00 (85 %) and Mr. Raphael Mechtel $2251=00 (15 %) seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly passed. k Mr.' Dunham was present to ask: questions pertaining to his assessment. Al Motion was made by Watkins to authorize the City Manager to certify the q .
