The Common Council of"the City of Prior Lake met in regular session on
March 6, 1978 at 7:3OPM. Present were Acting Mayor and Councilman
Busse, Councilmen Bissonett; Hafermann, and Watkins, City Manager '
McGuire, City Engineer Anderson, City Planner Graser and Attorney
Sul,livan!.: Mayor Stock arrived at the'meeting at 8:10PM.

Motion was madei Watkins to appro -e the minutes of February 27,1978 as`
amended, seconded by Bissonett and ~ .upon a vote taken it was duly passed.-

EQUIP. CERT.�,
The first item of discussion was the consideration of equipment certi-
ficates. Mr. Steve.Mattson of Juran and Moody was present to review

with the Council, a memo he presented concerning the issuing of $55,000
General Obligation Equipment Certificates.
RESOLUTION
Motion was made by Watkins to adopt Resolution 78 -12 to accept the bid

Councilman Hafermann made 'ya motion to _ approve the cigaret! license
for JsD- Sporting Goods, seconded by Bissonett and upon a vote taken
it was duly passed.

The next item on the agenda was to consider` the addendum to the assessment

Mot ion was made by Bissonett to adopt Addendum #1 to be included in the
