June 26, 1978 at 7;30PM. Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen Busse,
Haferaenn, and Watkins, City manager XCGuire,
City Engineer Anderson,
City Planner Graser, Park Director !Mangan, Financial Dizwtor Teschner,
' and Attorney Nicks.
