Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen Busse, Haferaenn, and Watkins, City manager XCGuire, City Engineer Anderson, City Planner Graser, Park Director !Mangan, Financial Dizwtor Teschner, ' and Attorney Nicks. :- Councilman Bissonett joined the Meeting at 10:15PA1.
