Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen Bissonet � - Busse, Hafermann and Watkins, City Manager McGuirk:,_City Engineer Anderson, �k1� City Planner Graser, and Attorney Hicks. • The following corrections were made to the Minutes of December 4,, 1978: 1 Page one paragraph four, should read: ., "Motion was by Watkins to have the City's maintenance staff move the Jorgensen fire hydrant in the 1979 �z construction season and that the Jorgensens contribute $100.00 prior to the i j move and the fire hydrant will be moved five feet to the east from its present .location, seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly passed Page one,, last paragraph, shbuld read:, "Motion was made by Bissonett to approve the Erickson Petroleum Corporation variance.as applied for contingent that it is'the same as the concept in the drawing presented dated October 24,� 1978 and assuming that the Brooksville Center First Addition subdivision is approved during the life of the Erickson Petroleum Corporation agreement. seconded by Hafermann and'upon a vote taken it waS'3uly passed. Councilman Bissonett abstained because of his involvement with Frank J. Wicker Associates. RESOLUTION' Motion was made by Watkins adopting Resolution.178 -35 a resolution ir_ 78-35 regard to ^acquisitiomYot land which will be used as Prior-Lake Athletic ` Complex, seconded by'Bissonett, and upon a vote taken it was duly passed. r PAVEK b BANG Mr. Archie Pavek and Mr, Ray Bang were present regarding the " problem'of a PROPERTY chain link -fence across a public roadway.
