MINUTES of the Proeeedirg: of the Village Council of the Village of Prior Lake in the County of Scott and State of :{
Minnesota, including all accounts audited by said Council.
NCOMMERCIAL. There was considerable discussion on the commercial 'zoi ng on the
EZONING 13 S 2 corner of Highway 13 and County Road 23. Motion was made by
Hafermann to place a moritorium "on any building permits on the }`
parcel until the public hearing on the comprehensive plan, seconded
by Mayor Stock and upon a vote taken it was duly passed,
.PRIOR HIGH The letter from Attorneys for Visions VIII (RE: Prior Highlands)
,,LANDS was discussed. A letter was sent responding to them and a copy
_{ will be received by the City Manager,in Q a few days.
MEDA KOPP {'' Motion made by 'Hafermann to ,pay Meda Kopp- sTsalary on hours she
SALARY works over 50 hours a month from,the recreational fund, seconded

CIVIL DEFENSE' A presentation by the Civil Defense Director was made,and a dis- -`
SIRENS cussion was held on.,the working order 6f the sirens in the city of
Prior Lake, further action will be discussed at a later date.
