Ike Common Council of the City of Prior Lake met in regular session on
Februarys, 1979 at 7 'PM, Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen
Busse,
Bissonett, Thorkelson, Watkins, City Manager McGuire, Finance Director
Teschner, City Engineer Anderson, 'Park Director Mangan, City Planner Graser,
and Attorney Sullivan.
Mayor Stock calied.the meeting to order. `
MINUTES
Motion made by Watkins to approve the minutes of January 22, 1979 as
presented, seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly passed.,
ICE'RINKS

Steve Mariette was present at the meeting to discuss with the Council the
problem with the ice rinks. He brought up that better service is,need_ed
cleaning the rinks,. Mayor Stock suggested that he get in touch with ;
the Hockey Association Board of Directors and discuss
with then getting
volunteers to help out. They can then arrange with the Park Director

the Common Council of the City of Prior Lake met in regular session on
February 5, 1979
at 7:30 PM. Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen Busse,
Bissonett, Thorkelson, Watkins, City Manager McGuire, Finance Director
