Mayor Stock calied.the meeting to order. ` MINUTES Motion made by Watkins to approve the minutes of January 22, 1979 as presented, seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly passed., ICE'RINKS t Steve Mariette was present at the meeting to discuss with the Council the problem with the ice rinks. He brought up that better service is,need_ed cleaning the rinks,. Mayor Stock suggested that he get in touch with ; the Hockey Association Board of Directors and discuss with then getting volunteers to help out. They can then arrange with the Park Director ". some kind of schedule. Motion made by Bissonett to award contract. to ABJ Enterprises in the amount of $42,058.00 and the City Manager to return bid bonds \ to the respective contractors, seconded by lhorkelson and upon a vote taken it was duly _ passed. The';Council agreed that such a structure is needed. in Prior Lake, however, the site, type of structure, etc, is in. +. still question.
