The Common Council of the Cit of Prior Lake met in regular session on
Monday, December 1 '
3. 979 at 7 :30 P'M.
Present were Mayor Stock* Councilmen
Bissonett, Busse. Thorkelson, Watkins, City Manager McGuire, City Planner
Eraser, Finance Director Teschner,
. Park s Director Mangan, Police Chief
Powell and City Attorney Sullivan,
