Present were Mayor Stock* Councilmen Bissonett, Busse. Thorkelson, Watkins, City Manager McGuire, City Planner Eraser, Finance Director Teschner, . Park s Director Mangan, Police Chief Powell and City Attorney Sullivan, Mayor Stock cali`ed the meeting to order.
