The Common Council of'the City of•Prior Lake met in :regular "0ssion on
Monday, February 11, 1980 at 7:30 NM. Present;' were Mayor Stock, Council-
men Bi sonett, Busse, Thorkelson; Whtkins, City Manager McGuire, City
Engineer Anderson, City Piannesr Rraser, Parks Director Mangan and City`
Attorney Suli'ivan.

Motion by Thorkelson that because this property is a non- conforming use
SHOP t
the following steps are to be taken:
1) the collapsed building be removed
2) all junk vehicles be removed,from the property
3) no expansion beyond the original intent of the non - conforming use
