..? The Common Council of the City of Prior Lake met in regular session on Mon-
day, 'November 10, 1980 at 7 :30 PM.
Present were Mayor Stock, C'1ty Manager
McGuire, Councilmen Busse, Thorkelson Watkins. Councilman Bissonett

Mayor Stock called the meeting to order. The minutes of November 3, 1980
were.reviewed.
The following corrections are to be made to the minutes of November 3rd:
Page 1, Paragraph 12; . . .however, the Metro Council is requested to .
seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly
passed.
