November 17, 1980 The Common Council of the City of Prior Lake net in regular session on Monday, November 17, 1980 at 7:30 PM. Present were Mayor Stock, City Manager McGuire, Councilmen Bissonett, Busse, Watkins; Thorkelson, Parks ` Director Mangan and City Planner Graser. Mayor Stock called the meeting to order. The minutes of November 10, 1980 were reviewed. ' 3 MINUTES Motion by Watkins to approve the minutes of November 10, 1980 as presented, seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly passed.` RESOLUTION Mayor Stock read Resolution 80 -25; RE: 081 Diseased Tree Program. Parks 80 -25 Director Mangan was present and commented that he is anticipating an in- DISEASED THE crease in grant money to 50$.
